  • 4 squares of our dark chocolate (approx. 60 g)
  • 4 squares of our white chocolate (approx. 60 g)
  • 4 squares of our milk chocolate (approx. 60 g)

Finely chop all chocolates, as they will melt easier. Place chocolates
in separate small bowls.

  • 3/4 cup (175 ml) 15% cream

Bring cream to a light boil in small saucepan over medium heat. Pour
1/3 of boiled mixture of cream over chocolate in each of the 3 bowls.
Stir chocolate in each of the bowls. If not totally melted, microwave
for a few seconds.

If desired, the following can be added to your fondues:

  • White chocolate: a few drops of vanilla
  • Dark chocolate: orange or coffee liqueur (for adults only)

Set bowls on a platter. Have a selection of dippers, such as bannana
or mango slices, strawberries, orange wedges. Italian biscotti are
also good. Marshmallows too!

Other dipper ideas:
After having dipped fruit in chocolate — dip into bowls filled with :

  • sugar cake decorations ;
  • dried fruit ;
  • coconut ;
  • dried rice cereal (Rice Krispies) ;
  • etc...

Use plastic spoons for kids.
